A Note From Our Founder
I didn’t start Parenting Assist because I read about parenting in a book.
I started it because for over 20 years, I sat across from parents who were doing everything right — and still felt lost.
As an Educational Director and certified School Coach, I have spent two decades inside schools, working directly with children, teachers, and the families behind them. I have coached students through learning difficulties, guided parents through some of their hardest moments, and watched firsthand how the right information — delivered at the right time — can completely change a child’s trajectory.
What I noticed, again and again, was a gap. Parents were searching online for answers and finding either overly academic research they couldn’t apply, or generic advice that ignored the real complexity of raising a child today.
Parenting Assist was built to close that gap.
Who Is Behind This Site?
My name is Younes Kehal. I am a Professional Educational Director and School Coach with over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, student development, and family coaching.
Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple educational institutions, supporting hundreds of families navigating every stage of childhood — from early development challenges to the turbulent years of adolescence.
I am not a blogger who discovered parenting. I am an educator who decided to make professional-grade guidance accessible to every parent, regardless of where they live or what resources they have.
